What is mimofit?
mimofit is a home-based training system designed to improve movement, coordination, and cognitive function through interactive exercises using connected devices and a mobile app.
What do I need to use mimofit?
You’ll need:
- A smartphone or tablet
- The mimofit app
- Your mimofit devices
An internet connection is required for setup and updates.
How does activation work?
Once you receive your devices:
- Download the mimofit app
- Create your account
- Connect your devices
Your subscription will start automatically after activation.
Pricing & Membership
Is the hardware included in all plans?
Yes. The mimofit device set is included with your initial purchase.
Subscription plans apply to access to the digital training program.
When will I be charged?
- Hardware: Charged at checkout
- Monthly plan: Starts after activation (first month free)
- Yearly plan: Charged at checkout, starts after activation
- Lifetime plan: One-time payment at checkout, access starts after activation
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts when you receive your mimofit devices and activate your account in the app - not at the time of purchase.
- Monthly plan: Free first month starts on activation
- Yearly plan: Billing period starts on activation
- Lifetime plan: Access starts on activation
What happens after the first month free?
You’ll have full access during your free month.
At the end of that period, the monthly subscription will begin automatically unless canceled beforehand.
We send reminders before billing starts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
- Monthly plan: Can be canceled anytime. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
- Yearly plan: Can be canceled, but is non-refundable after purchase. Access remains for the full year.
Are there hidden fees?
No.
All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase. There are no hidden fees for US orders.
Do you offer refunds?
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
- After delivery, refunds are subject to our return policy.
If you're unsure, contact support with your order number.
Is there a trial period?
Yes - the monthly plan includes a free first month.
This starts when you activate your account.
Can I pay in installments?
Depending on your payment provider, installment options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer discounts for clinics or organizations?
Yes. We offer special pricing for:
- Clinics
- Rehabilitation centers
- Research institutions

Is mimofit covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by provider.
We recommend checking directly with your insurance company. We can provide documentation if needed.
Shipping & Logistics
When will my mimofit ship?
The first batch is now sold out! Pre-sale orders from the second production batch are scheduled to begin shipping in mid June 2026.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
What does “first production batch” mean?
This refers to our initial limited production run of 200 units.
This allows us to:
- Ensure quality control
- Provide focused customer support
- Monitor real-world performance
How long does shipping take after dispatch?
Shipping times vary depending on your location within the United States.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
If you don’t receive this within the expected timeframe, contact support.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
If you're outside the US, join our waiting list and tell us where you're based - we use this to prioritize future expansion.
Are there customs fees?
No.
All orders are shipped within the United States, so there are no customs fees.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes - but only before your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes - before shipment.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation falls under our return policy.

What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues or high demand.
If your tracking shows unusual delays, contact us and we’ll investigate.
What if my package is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include your order number
We’ll arrange a replacement or solution.
What if I receive a defective unit?

We’ll troubleshoot and arrange repair or replacement if needed.
Is mimofit covered by a warranty?
Yes.
All mimofit devices are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects.
